Refund Policy for B. Renée Arts & Crafts

Custom Items:

  • Customized or personalized items are non-refundable. Once an order for a custom item is placed, it cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be issued. We encourage customers to review and confirm all customization details before placing an order for custom items.

Non-Custom Items:

  • For non-customized items, we offer a refund within 14 days of the purchase date, provided the item is in its original condition with no signs of wear or tear.

Refund Process:

  1. To initiate a refund, please contact me at brenee.ac@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

  2. Clearly state the reason for the refund request and provide any necessary documentation, such as photographs, to support your claim of no wear or tear.

  3. If your refund request is approved, I will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

  4. The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

  5. Upon receiving the returned item and confirming its condition, I will process the refund to the original payment method.

Exceptions:

  • Refunds will not be issued for items damaged due to improper use, neglect, or accidents.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
